Cancellation Policy

1. general

• I declare that I have inquired in advance and read the details of the activity. I am aware that in the event of force majeure such as: natural disasters, rainy weather that does not allow activity and / or there may be danger, extreme heat conditions and / or for any reason that at the discretion of the Hashomer Hatzair movement poses a danger to participants and / or instruction of Public authority, I waive in advance any claim for rescission in the circumstances as stated above.

• I also know and I agree that the amount of the refund in the event of such cancellation will be in accordance with the decision of the Hashomer Hatzair movement.

• By registering and paying for the activities of the Hashomer Hatzair movement, I agree to the cancellation and refund policy detailed in this document.

 

2. Cancellation Notice:

Notice of cancellation of membership fees or payment for a trip or activity will be considered as such if it is delivered in writing, email or written notice to the courier and takes effect immediately upon receipt.

3. Date of cancellation and amount of refund

• Cancellation up to 7 business days before the activity will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations starting from 7 business days will be reimbursed except for expenses already paid (e.g. shirt, payment for a third party or anything for which payment has already been made.

• Cancellation starting 24 hours before the activity will not entitle the participant to any refund.

• Cancellation of annual membership fees:

  • A participant who cancels his registration for the Hashomer Hatzair movement (for the current activity) within 14 days from the date of registration, will be entitled to receive the full payment back.

cancellation after 14 days from the date of registration - will receive a proportional refund depending on the number of remaining weeks of operation and a deduction of 50 euros cancellation fee.
